About the experience
Why does a process get stuck? Where do we lose the customer? Why does an internal process frustrate colleagues? And do we see the same situation in the same way, or does everyone look at it from a different angle?
In the Journey Mapping workshop, an engaging collaborative exercise helps you discover how to map a service, process or employee experience from the participants’ perspective. After a short professional introduction, you work, think, debate and draw together to create your own journey map.
Along the way, you begin to see the same problem from a different perspective. Something that seems obvious to one colleague may have been a stumbling block for another for a long time. Working together, you not only map a process but also gain a better understanding of how each other thinks.
